Joseph F. Joe Vallario received his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, in Ohio, in 1989.  He was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1990 and became an Assistant State’s Attorney in Prince George’s County from 1990 to 1995.  As a prosecutor he progressed through the District Court Division, Juvenile Division, and the Criminal Trials Divisions.  He was the lead prosecutor in the Narcotics Division.  In 1995, Mr. Vallario was admitted to the Federal Bar, the United States District Court – State of Maryland, at which time he went into private practice at the Vallario Law Offices in Suitland, Maryland.  He is also a member of the Prince George’s County Bar Association, Anne Arundel County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association, and the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association.

 

Areas of practice include personal injury (automobile accidents, truck/train accidents, medical malpractice, etc.), criminal (drugs and narcotics cases, DWI/DUI, assault, homicide, sex crimes, vehicular homicide, theft, weapons/gun charges, violent crimes, investigations and grand jury matters), and motor vehicle cases (traffic violations, misdemeanors, accidents).
